The Koriyama Otsuke Town cafe "Naturelevure" sells bread made with a type of wild yeast called "Shirakami Kodama Kobo" coming from carefully separated leaf soil in the "Shirakami Mountains"
This yeast allows us to make sweeter bread without using a lot of sugar, and reduces damage and drying out of the bread. Also without additives or oils or fats the bread becomes fluffy and moist. Inside the cafe there is also dining. The full basket of bread means you can eat plenty of the "plate of baked goodies" There are also sweets and drinks to enjoy in this friendly atmosphere.
