Our shop sign could read "Omelet"because omelet-style cakes are our specialty, along with cake and pastries, both Japanese and foreign, and famous Komachi yubeshi buns. Fresh ingredients have made our omelets very well-liked. Fruits in season and powdered green tea, black tea, and cheeses are used to make a variety of cake omelets, from a mini-omelet for one, to a usual omelet for two or three, and finally the "Colossal Omelet" to be cut for four or five people.
