On the road to Miharu Takizakura cherry tree, you come upon an old traditional-style building selling soba noodles, handmade on-the-spot. A special buckwheat variety cultivated and milled over the years is used to make the fresh noodles, using only 100% buckwheat flour from Aizu and Hokkaido grain. Please check out the delicious mouth-feel. Inside the shop you can eat soba washed down with mountain grape juice, which we sell along with buckwheat flour. We look forward to your visit.
