In 1981, Koriyama City Shimizudai built a center for vocational and professional training.
The office for this vocational training is operated by the city's Culture and Study Development Organization.
Small groups can use the meeting rooms and audio-visual facilities, and an auditorium room for up to 120 people, a cooking room, a tatami room. Local people can use this facility for workshops and seminars and lectures, as a training center, and many other uses.
