For more than ten years we have sold only Shirakawa ramen in Koriyama. We are in a residential area and may be a little hard to find but we are well-established and have a large fan-base. The menu is ramen in large servings. Every day the shopkeeper makes noodles fresh, glutinous, a little firm, and wavy. The soup is made from chicken, pork and vegetables. We offer our simple taste. "Each table will be served a mild soup so that if you wish you can add whatever you need to make it to your taste." It's delicious as is, but if you want it more salty, please adjust by yourself. The chef will top your ramen with such flavorful pork and bamboo shoots that you will find it good to the last drop.
