What began as Uemura Restaurant in 1914 is now Kunyan, a Shanghai cuisine-based shop featuring also cuisine of Beijing, Canton and Shichuan styles, using plenty of fresh seafood and vegetables. Chinese cooking has a reputation for being greasy, but here we dispel such thinking and cater to the naturally healthy lifestyle of modern Japan. The 1st floor has 50 seats at tables.
