Our shop always has fresh-baked bread for you. Our well-liked maple round folds the sweetness of maple cream into the dough, which is then baked into a cylindrical log. While the edges are nice and crispy, the inside is moist and tender. The sweetness doesn't overpower the flavor, though. We bake five times a day, 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 17:00; and you can even buy fresh-baked in the evening. If you order ahead we also make plain bread, cheese bread and Daianagon red bean paste bread. The bread we have on our shelves is always displayed with the freshest at the front, and if a fresh batch of your choice is just coming out of the oven, we will exchange it at the register. All of the employees here share this concern. Because we bake all day, if you want to shop for some after work, we still have plenty of choices. We really are constantly doing our work with the customer in mind.
