The catchphrase is "Delicious, Enjoyable, Safe and Worry-free Steak" and wagyu made into hamburger steak with "Miya Sauce" which we have been making since we opened as a steak restaurant. Since then, our dedication and strictness regarding quality, cleanliness, and safety have remained unchanged. With a set menu we also offer a drink bar and a soup bar in addition to the steak.
