Books and magazines have introduced our shop as exemplary of a slow-food restaurant in Koriyama. We sometimes have junen sesame and perilla sable cookies. "Slow food・involves also selecting ingredients and checking them, being creative about what we offer, and borrowing from the culinary traditions of the local area,・the owner says. Local produce without pesticides etc. is good for the body. Actually this is a soup restaurant, but we also offer a set menu of "Kaiko Gratin" beef curry and so forth. We recommend it all. Of course there is a soup set course. "Shingoro"rice is halfway pounded and covered with egoma sesame stirred into miso, and put on skewers , and finally char-broiled to make a Minami-Aizu traditional taste-treat, which comes with a soup set. There are both table and counter seating, where ladies can feel at ease. Next to us the shopkeeper displays photos with an antique feeling for you to enjoy without charge.
