We opened our shop in 1993. Our owner finds miscellaneous little things made by different people which grab his heart and kindly puts then out in his shop. In the caf・you can eat food which the owner has carefully made and checked for you.
The precise culinary sentiments of the owner:
*Waffles. Made with plenty of butter to be crispy and delicious, especially eaten warm. A lighter type of waffle that you can eat many of.
*Coffee. Kobo Horigushi special coffee. That's all we serve. New crop. We grind it just for your order and drip for you.
*Black tea. The most liked are the Rooibosu and the German Ronnefeldt with its invigorating bouquet. We sell the tea leaves too.
*Kabocha pudding. Simple sweet aroma and sweetness in a thick pudding, which you can take with you too. (not available on Thursdays).
*Linen. We sell only 100% Lithuanian linen. Very absorbent in the kitchen, and soon dry. Easy to keep clean. It is strong and durable.
*Komono. Little stuff. Utensils and other tools are lovingly handcrafted; we can sense the pleasure of their quality and quiet our minds.
We also sell egg and butter-free bagels as well as homemade jam.
