Here we will improve the body's condition with its natural healing power and with treatment using techniques of osteopathy and chiropractic manipulations to restore skeletal and muscular balance.
The process:
1. Confirmation of symptoms causing anxiety involves first counseling.
2. Next is inspection to verify a symptom or pain and how it is throwing the body out of kilter.
3. Then we relax the muscles throughout the body. Soft manipulation will cure distortion of tight muscles and ligaments.
4. Hand manipulations will restore the distorted skeleton to normal position. (First timers need not be apprehensive because we do not use such violent force). You may feel some discomfort if you are nervous or the problem is extreme, but this is not common.
5. In the end you will feel such relief and be back to normal, supplied with helpful advice about posture and exercise. We are also concerned about prevention, so please feel free to consult us about anything.
