Pass straight down an arcade in Koriyama and you come to Mondo. Generations of businessmen and their fathers have dallied here. In front there are counter seats, and in back three tables. Never so huge, yet big enough to relax in. The wonderful atmosphere owes its character to the owner, Nihei-san. The broad menu includes charcoal roasted foods, boiled foods and sashimi and a serving of lamb. We are open until 3 in the morning, so when you want a long relaxed stretch, come and visit us.
