Our Mother Store was opened 130 years ago. We serve three kinds of soy sauce ramen: gen, den, and shin. You can choose the kind of noodles and pork, as well as how tender you like them and how much you want. The den pork topping seems to be the most popular. In the same soy sauce base there are three completely different tastes. Please enjoy.
