For 270 years Oshu post town Hana No Motomiya (now just Motomiya) has diligently used traditional processes, techniques and craftsmanship in making quality ita-koji, handcrafted miso and amazake; and you can enjoy the natural flavor of a domestic product without chemical additives. We also make and sell "Koji salt" which has become so popular recently. This is a "delicious, beautiful gem of Fukushima" and "Kojiwadaya Miso" is a certified brand name of Fukushima Prefecture.
