We use our original sauce and polished rice to make our delicious "Sauce pork cutlet rice bowl・ a big favorite with the locals. Here you can choose which cut of pork is to your liking,"Nadai Sosukatsu", or "Hidesosukatsudon". Smaller servings are also available. Another Motomiya specialty is the tamago don (egg on rice) dish and also oyako don, with both chicken and egg, using the wonderful smaller and tastier egg of the Motomiya ukokke chicken. There is also a table d'hote noodle menu. We look forward to seeing everyone.
