We offer slightly dark, perfectly chewy "Country Soba" Here our "Country Soba" has been made a little thinner, making it easier to eat. Our popular Igeta Soba ・is served without soup and with tempura, and soba dengaku is a hefty meal of buckwheat patties dipped in miso and with lots of wild mountain vegetables sure to fill you up.
