The owner opened this shop at the age of 25 as the youngest of this ramen shop tiger group. With a great deal of humility despite his obvious superior craft, he puts full effort into all his ramen. The simple menu consists of hand-kneaded Chinese noodles, noodles topped with sliced pork, noodles with wonton, and also with both pork and wonton. It's all representative of typical Shirakawa ramen. Devotees say, "We don't come to any of the many other ramen shops, but just to Fukuryu."
