The red-bean paste here is from Hokkaido. We also put only the rich orange eggs in our manju, which are available and fresh only in this shop. Our signature saka-manju, which two generations of chefs have been making, has a slight sake flavor. The outside is almost as fluffy as cotton candy. Tucked away in our menu is also our unique Kamameshi bun. It's the only place you'll find this ball of goodness, with the taste of miso and rice in the dough and filling.
