We relocated from Bunka Street (Tsurumidan) seven years ago and haven't changed our products a bit in the 28 years since we started. Our delicate obanyaki pastries are crispy on the outside, with plenty of fluffy red bean paste on the inside. Also green bean paste, white bean paste, cream, and chocolate fillings. And purple sweet potato paste too! Six kinds in all. Because they are made the old-fashioned way, and natural, be sure to wrap them so they don't dry out if you don't plan to eat them right away. We've written down some ideas on how to eat them when they are cooled down and not completely fresh. From children to older folks, there are patrons who have remained loyal to us for a long time.
