Every morning we make and cut our noodles by hand. To ensure healthful and safe eating, we use only the best ingredients. Our pork comes from the famous pigs raised in the highlands of Aizu Kogen, and we recommend our Aizu Kogen Buta ramen. By all means, indulge. All of our food is handmade and popular with parties.
