With a tradition going back 300 years, the history of "Takashiba Deco Mansion Museum" has continued for 17 generations, to preserve the tradition of making papier-mache figures and wooden horse and koma figurines.
"Deco Mansion Museum Takashiba" has also preserved, exhibited, and documented the Miharu papier- mache and wooden doll forms and figurines since the Edo Period.
We have gifts for special occasions, folk crafts, art-craft. You can watch the production of traditional "Miharu Koma and papier-mache" We welcome everyone to come and see us.
