Our bakery is located in the midst of a residential area in Sukagawa, Kinosato. Of course the local people like us, but our reputation has spread far and we are well-known. Gnomes are forest creatures, most of whom live in northern Europe. Human-like, wise and graceful, they are about 15 cm tall and work until they are about 275 years old and have been known to live until they are 400. It is our wish to bless this neighborhood with positively ambrosial bread made with good ingredients to fortify the body and fill it with wisdom. With this in mind we made a "Gnomes'Inn" in which the gnomes can stay. We recommend our "Black tea bread" which exudes the fragrance of the tea. We do charge for shopping bags because we wish our customers to bring an Eco-bag of their own.
