"Crescent Moon" opened in Saikon in October 2011.
There are two enchanting salon stylists to help you with their special carbonated water Head Spa! The fizzy bubble burst not only refreshes but speedily removes a great deal of dirt from the scalp so efficiently you can clearly see the result!
Your perm or coloring treatment and cleanliness will last a long time.
We make a delicious cup of fruit and herb tea for you to enjoy during your treatment.
While you are waiting the scent of different teas wafts across the salon giving a cafe feeling, and time dust passes quickly.
