In a cool place, working slowly and using plenty of koji, we painstakingly make koji soybean miso and two kinds of Japanese mustard miso (regular and hot). Local TV has introduced Konan hand-made karinto. We have five kinds of this tasty dried cruller; regular, firm and crunchy, miso mild flavor, spicy mustard miso, essence of daikon radish. Come here and give them all a try. There is a booth displaying and selling these products at Harmony Station Koriyama.
