Here the specialty is "Motomiya ukokke chicken" Since its beginning 60 years ago, Hifumi has been famous for serving meals like oyakodon, made with the scrumptious meat of "Aizu chicken" and super-nutritious eggs of ukokke. Oyako (parent-child) means a bowl of rice topped with chicken and egg. And there's the pork cutlet bowl with our secret sauce, "Sosu katsudon" as well as the often requested Chinese dish heaped with vegetables, the "Chukadon" much to be relished. The menu of over 50 items includes noodle and set meals, rice dishes and homemade soba.
